He graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science First Class Honors and has continued to expand his expertise through ongoing professional development and continuing education, knowing that the veterinary field is constantly evolving.

Dr Trent enjoys the variety and challenge that comes with being a veterinarian, as each day and each animal brings something different and new challenges. Dr Bianca Hall

Veterinarian
Dr Bianca graduated in 2019 and began her first year in practice during the COVID-19 pandemic. After working in several corporate clinics, she is excited to now be part of the Burpengary Family Vets community and enjoys the open communication, supportive team, and being involved in building a great clinic from the beginning.

Dr Bianca particularly enjoys the puzzle-solving side of her role, using investigative thinking to diagnose and treat patients who can’t tell us what’s wrong. She is passionate about advocating for animals, giving a voice to those who cannot speak, and helping owners understand their pets’ health and treatment options through clear communication and informed consent.

Dr Jennifer Briskey

Veterinarian
Dr Jennifer began her veterinary career with in 2022, although her love for animals started much earlier when she bred multiple generations of guinea pigs. Before becoming a veterinarian, she completed a Bachelor of Commerce and spent four years working as an auditor and finance advisor. Realising she wanted to pursue her lifelong passion, she made the career change into veterinary medicine. During her early years in practice, she gained experience in surgeries, dentals, castrations, and consultations.

Dr Jennifer enjoys working at Burpengary Family Vets because of the friendly, supportive team who work together and share the load on busy days. She finds the most rewarding part of her job is seeing happy pets and the smiles on their owners’ faces. She is passionate about being hands-on in her work, supporting clients through clear communication, follow-ups, and helping them feel confident in their pets’ care. She also wishes more people understood that reaching a diagnosis can take multiple steps and tests, which unfortunately, does cost money.

Outside of work, Dr Jen enjoys dancing (ceroc, also known as modern jive), computer gaming, reading, and anime. She has three pets of her own—Hades, her black Labrador, and two Greencheek Conures, Manu and Tori. The BFV team also knows her for her love of surgery and organisation. 🐾
